Our Dubai team has been awarded with three different titles at this year’s Talent International Annual Recruitment Awards

Huxley Dubai is extremely honoured to have been awarded the following titles at this year’s Talent International Annual Recruitment Awards (TIARA):

  • The Executive Search Firm of the Year​
  • The IT & Digital Recruitment Company of the Year​

With our parent company, SThree, taking home the award for:

  • The KSA Recruitment Company of the Year

This is the second consecutive year that Huxley Dubai has won Executive Search Firm of the Year award and is a fantastic testament to the hard work, strategy and partnerships that the team has with our clients and candidates.

These awards are an outstanding achievement for the Huxley Dubai office and highlight to the rest of the region what phenomenal hard work and dedication the team are putting into their clients and candidates every day. As an employer, Huxley Dubai prides itself on delivering excellence, innovation and continuous growth, therefore to have been awarded is a spectacular honour and a culmination of the combined efforts of all our colleagues in Dubai.

 

What sets Huxley apart?

With more than 20 specialist consultants and over 10 years’ worth of on-the-ground knowledge and experience, Huxley is able to focus on niche markets and roles within fintech as well as the banking and financial services sector. In addition, Huxley Dubai enjoys a stellar reputation for operating with discretion, integrity and professionalism.

To date, we’ve placed more than 1,700 senior-level candidates within the financial sector comprising of C-level as well as Head of Departments. In addition to our permanent team that specialises within Executive Search, our contracts team are able to meet the demands of an increase of project-based work with the rise of the gig economy. Part of these are attributed from having one of the largest candidate databases in the world which are updated in real-time.

We’ve also learned to support the local community in different ways such as advocating and positively influencing women within technology and banking. This comes from our personal experience of having almost 70% of women within our team. To further value add, we conducted surveys and whitepaper reports thereafter to share and educate the importance of gender diversity and how it can impact a business, especially at an executive level.

Beyond that, we placed a massive focus on our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme which have benefitted more than 6,245 people since 2011. Last year, we launched a new partnership with the African Science Academy, empowering females in Africa to attend leading universities and become future leaders in STEM. Our people are also encouraged to take two days of paid leave to engage in a CSR activity of their choice. Through this fantastic CSR initiative, our staff feel like they have a direct impact in the community which helps spark a positive workplace environment.
