Pre-Sales Manager

Huxley is working with a Global Cloud Communication Solution Provider to grow its team in Singapore. The client has wide global presence that aims to grow its Cloud and Network services to a wider range of enterprises. Unified communication is key function for any organisation, the use of CPaaS is enabling stakeholders within the firm to have real-time communication across cloud.

My client is looking for an experienced CPaaS Pre-Sales Manager to join the Global Team based in Singapore.

The Pre-Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Own the success and adoption of the product and platform
• Work with Sales and Product team and have strong business understanding ability
• Understand Chat API, SMS, Voice and product logic of the communication industry
• Engage with clients for related operation and maintenance work

The Pre-Sales Manager will require the following:

• Fluent Mandarin preferred, and English speaker
• 8+ years pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products.
• Hands-on, high-energy, passionate and creative problem solver with know how to get things done and ability to lead others to success
• Excellent communicator and presenter able to gain audience confidence
• Ability to build a deep understanding of an customer's communications needs and guide them to a technical solution
• Previous software development experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP)
  • web development (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, frontend frameworks - React, Vue.js, Angular)
  • Experience building with REST APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud application architecture.
• Previous experience in Telecom, SIP, Contact Center, and Security experience is a plus.
