Full stack developers have good knowledge of front and back end development. Full stack developers are more in demand than ever, as they master a multitude of skills. Next to the above skills, there are a lot of programmes and certifications that can help you to increase your market value. Microsoft’s Certified Solutions Developer certification requires you to update your development skills every two years. If an employer hires you with this certification, they’ll know that you’re skilled within this field, and can trust that you’ll keep your skills up to date as your certification will otherwise expire.

.NET developers with the MVP (Microsoft Most Valuable Professional) status are renowned for their valuable skills. Attaining this status is very special, and proves you are a .NET professional with excellent technical skills. With this status, you’ll  find yourself in extremely high demand, and will be in a strong position when it comes to negotiating your salary
