Administrative Assistant

My client is looking for an Administrative Assistant in Luxembourg for a permanent contract.

Your role

  • Receptionist and administrative task A to Z
  • Process outgoing mail, normal mail, express mail and courier
  • Maintenance of lists
  • Meeting organisation
  • Office and kitchen stock management
  • Maintaining filing systems, internal and external archive managemen
  • Administrative support to management
  • Work closely with Office Manager

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Fluent in English and French/German is a plus, any additional language will be considered as an assetAbility to meet highest attendance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French/German is a plus, any additional language will be considered as an asset
  • Autonomous, conscientious, rigorous, helpful and pro-active.
  • Very service oriented, able to interact with tact and diplomacy with colleagues and visitors
