Business Support Analyst - Trading and Operations
This role sits in the business and platforms area supporting the investment teams as a Business Analyst with PM skills. You will work closely with the front office, investment operations, Risk and IT teams. This is a fast paced environment with demanding stakeholders.
In this role you will be responsible for working with key stakeholders, vendors and technology to design solutions and help drive strategic change throughout the organisation supporting the Product Delivery Managers. Strong knowledge of the Buy Side Trade Life cycle is essential for this role. This role will also be responsible for various day to day activities ensuring our core systems such as Blackrock's Aladdin and business areas are operating effectively each day.
The ability to operate in a fast paced environment with moderate levels of supervision are essential for success. You'll also need to be detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills. The ability to build relationships and collaborate with various levels across the organisation in order to define and drive projects globally will key to the success in this role.
The requirements for this role are:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of work experience within Asset Management domain with strong knowledge of the Buy Side Trade Lifecycle
- BlackRock Aladdin systems knowledge a plus but Charles River/Dimension is OK too
- Technical aptitude and ability to liaise between business and technology teams.
