The client is looking for an experienced mandarin speaking customer service professional to lead a team of customer service representatives who are assisting with the handling of customer queries.

This role will be tasked with;

  • Providing support to customers via the phone, e-mail and chat systems
  • Manage the customer service team of 10+ people
  • Respond to assistance requests that comply with the company's guidelines.

Requirements;

  • Being fluent in both English and Mandarin is a must, speaking addition languages is a bonus
  • Experience in customer service.
  • 1 years experience working in the CFD, derivatives financial markets space.
