Customer Service Team Lead
The client is looking for an experienced customer service professional to lead a team of customer service representatives who are assisting with the handling of customer queries.
This role will be tasked with;
- Providing support to customers via the phone, e-mail and chat systems
- Manage the customer service team of 8+ people
- Respond to assistance requests that comply with the company's guidelines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, speaking addition languages is a bonus
- Experience in customer service.
- 1 years+ experience working in the CFD, derivatives financial markets space.
