You would be working within a medium sized manufacturer, who are nonetheless a major global player in their field. This will allow you have a noticeable impact not just within the company, but in the wider market too.

You will be working across the full product lifecycle of specialised power systems, seeing them develop right from initial concept stage through to full scale commercial production. You will get to see both sides of the design & development process, both with heavy involvement in in-house product development and direct interaction with world-class customers on market-driven projects.

As a qualified Electrical Engineer you'll want to put your knowledge to the test, and you would be able to put any theoretical awareness of the underlying physical principles of Electrodynamics into practice here.

You'll love the variety of doing hands-on Electrical and Electronic design, using advanced tools like MATLAB and Simulink, specifying and conducting system testing and utilising motor control theory and system modelling.

The company is nicely positioned to be commutable from Devon, Dorset and Somerset. You would receive a starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000, a tailored training & development plan, and the chance to work as part of a highly motivated team in an excellent working environment.
