To reinforce the Sales Team, we are seeking for an:
Key Account Manager in Industry Area (M/F)
The Key Account Manager will join the team and will be an added value to this department by supporting the existing customers and developing a news relationships.
Know the customer in depth and manage all aspects of the commercial relationship with the customer.
Obtain RFQs from the customers and manage the costing and quoting process in close cooperation with the corresponding departments. Prepare thorough offers and quote with all relevant technical, logistical and commercial aspects.
Considering the sales strategy as well as our customers' actual needs and our competitive environment.
- Managing client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
- Meeting sales targets
- Drive the plant teams in continuous improvement actions, to meet the strategic goals and to differentiate from the competition.
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
- Drafting/presenting service offers and RFP responses
- Fluent in German, French and English
- CDI / Permanent Position
- Salary : TBD
- Start date: Immediately
