Tristan explains, “I could find two candidates both with excellent leadership skills, however they could approach management from two completely different perspectives. While neither would necessarily be the ‘correct’ way, one approach could be much more suitable for the company I’m working with than the other. It’s this ability to make a thoughtful assessment of my candidates and apply that with an understanding of my client that has allowed me to make life long partnerships.”
