Permanent & Inhouse position

Your job as Program Manager:

You will be part of an international company, located in 50+ countries, gathering more than 20,000 employees. You will drive and manage Program coordination in order to expand the client's business. You will join a team of 6 people, among which 2 are in Belgium and 4 are in France. You will work under a Program Team Manager, managing different projects around the world, while communicating with transverse business lines. As you will be in touch with internal and external clients, you will drive ahead the terms and conditions of the projects.

Here are some of your future responsibilities :

  • You will build and manage an international Program team
  • You will conceive and pursue a program reporting through different processes such as Steer-Co
  • You will conceive and pursue a program KPI for the teams and review following specific criteria (Budget, Quality, Risks,…)
  • You will act as an ambassador of innovation, teamwork and excellence
  • You will drive customer-focused mindset with the team for internal, external customers and suppliers

Required skills for this Program Manager role:

  • You have at least 5 to 10 years of experience as Program/Project Manager handling large projects (of more than 1 Million euros of budget)
  • You have a strong experience setting up and coordinating project plans
  • You have a proven experience in Project Management for business and financial topics
  • You like working in a multicultural organisation
  • You have excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills
  • You are fluent in English (mandatory) and you ideally have a good level in French or Dutch.
