Helpdesk - First line support IAM
We are looking for a 1st line support helpdesk with a client focus mindset and previous experience in the role required.
We are active in the financial industry, based in Brussels and with offices around the world.
Role: 1st line support helpdesk - IAM
Context: You will join a team of helpdesk support working on access management related issues. the focus is to answer to our internal client calls and help them if possible, if not, transfer the issue to adequate teams.
What we offer: a full time job. No shift required for the role, you will be working during working hours (9AM-5PM). We will offer coaching on our internal tools and processes.
You are familiar with Sailpoint, product used in the market for IAM related topics, this is a plus.
You are experienced in helping out clients in a support role and are client-oriented.
Additional skills: fluent english, team player, able to demonstrate empathy, strong problem solver, quick learner.
