HR Business Partner

Permanent position


Your job as HR Business Partner:

You will join a team handling organizational change (and will get support from the back-up team), and you will be responsible of a population of around 400 employees. You will report directly to the HR Manager. You will be involved in different transformation projects (mostly talent management), and will be often in contact with C-level stakeholders to make them onboard the change. You will also:

  • Develop strong partnerships with leaders and managers, actively seeking to understand business needs, acting as coach and empowering managers in their roles. Constructively challenge and support as a trusted advisor across both strategic and tactical/BAU needs
  • Engaging closely with the leadership teams you support in order to drive continued improvement and engagement
  • Support on developing and implementing a variety of HR transformation projects and programmes to enable business transformation (mostly talent management)
  • Develop strong relationships and ensures that all employees' relations issues are managed, by working closely with the business, to promote and deliver HR best practices
  • Provides HR guidance and advice to all business areas primarily through the key stakeholders
  • Supports HR team members with all the required talent management and people process activities.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes and best practices and ensures these are continually reviewed and improved

Required skills for this HR Business Partner position:

  • You have between 5 and 10 years of experience on a similar position in Human Resources
  • You have a strong experience in business transformation, and you already implemented a change in a past experience
  • You have a good experience in project management
  • You are able to work closely with different important stakeholders
  • You are an analytical person, with very good communication skills that allow you to be the main point of contact of the teams and guide them towards change
  • You have advanced knowledge of the Belgian legislation is a real plus
  • You are fluent in English (mandatory), French and Dutch are an advantage
