Huxley Hong Kong awarded 'Best Companies to Work For'

We’re proud to announce that our Hong Kong team for Huxley, part of the SThree Group, made the list of ‘Best Companies to Work For’ in Hong Kong 2017.

Organised by research, consulting and training consultancy Great Place to Work, this list acknowledges companies of all sizes from diverse industries that deliver and establish a great culture among colleagues.

The awards ceremony was held at the W Hotel on the 14th of June. Our team was extremely privileged to not only attend the event but also be among only of few companies in Hong Kong to be recognised with this prestigious certificate.

This gives a clear indication of Huxley Hong Kong’s performance in retaining, attracting and developing talent, whilst maintaining a competitive edge in one of the busiest cities in Asia. Angela Ward, Regional Director for Asia who is based in our Hong Kong office said, “We’re delighted to be one of the few companies to be listed as one of the Best Companies to work for in Hong Kong.”

“I have been so successful in my career because of the support I received from SThree/Huxley and I am excited to be able to provide the same to my team in Hong Kong.”

“I’ve always felt empowered as a female professional and am a strong believer of diversity and inclusion. That’s why I’m proud to have contributed to creating an inclusive environment at Huxley Hong Kong.”

South China Morning Post has released an article to feature all award winners. You can read more here.

What is a ‘Great Place to Work’?

According to Great Place to Work, “A great place to work is one in which employees, no matter who they are and what they do for the organisation, are having a consistently positive experience of trusting their leaders, enjoying the people they work with, and having pride in what they do. It is an honour for SThree/Huxley Hong Kong to be recognised by their employees as an organisation that fosters respect, trust and fairness.”

Again, massive congratulations to our Hong Kong team!
