Global Banking & Finance Review honour Huxley Dubai with three different awards

Huxley’s DIFC based regional office in Dubai is extremely honoured to have been awarded the following titles by Global Banking & Finance Review:

- Best Banking & Finance Executive Search Company UAE 2018

- Best FinTech Recruitment Company UAE 2018

- Best IT & FinTech Contract Recruitment Company UAE 2018

In addition, our APAC office was also awarded with Best Banking & Finance Recruitment Company APAC 2018.

The awards reflect the innovation, achievement, strategy, progressive and inspirational changes that are taking place within the Global Financial community.

Hasnain Qazi, Head of Huxley in the region commented,

“Huxley have been fostering long-term partnerships in the MENA region for over a decade now; in this time we have executed for and become long-term advisors to many of the most prominent Boards, Chairmen, CEOs and CHROs who have engaged our firm on complex, difficult-to-fill, confidential and niche leadership searches. These awards are particularly gratifying given the fact that over the years, Global Banking & Finance Review have recognised and honoured some of the most respected global brands such as HSBC, Citi and Standard Chartered along with the leading local Gulf origin banks; for Huxley to be recognised as part of such illustrious company is indeed a source of pride. Whilst we are widely acknowledged to enjoy the largest headcount and market share in region, to be publicly commended as the leading force within Banking & FinTech search, is indeed a proud moment and a culmination of the combined efforts of all our colleagues in Dubai.”

What differentiates the Huxley team in Dubai?

Huxley Dubai Team

One of the largest specialist teams in the region, we enjoy a stellar reputation for operating with discretion, integrity and professionalism, along with more than 10 years’ worth of on-the-ground knowledge and experience. We partner with our clients in various ways, depending on their needs and requirements. With the office in Dubai consisting of almost 70% females, we’ve been able to advocate for women within technology and banking by leading from the front. To further value add, we conducted surveys and whitepaper reports to share and educate the importance of gender diversity and the impact it has on a business.

Beyond that, we are immensely proud of our rich history of providing advisory, start-up and talent acquisition services to our customers. Because our consultants are subject matter experts in specific geo / vertical niches, they are able to deliver in a quick, precise and comprehensive manner.

With a coordinated global service from our offices based in the world’s leading financial, commercial and technology hubs in New York, London, Singapore, Paris, Frankfurt and Zurich amongst other cities, we are able to leverage off our global reach, local know-hows, and our consultants’ expertise to provide maximum value to our clients and candidates.

Last year we also launched a major customer experience programme globally, using Net Promoter Score (NPS) to capture our clients and candidates feedback at every stage of the customer journey. These feedback are then used to adapt our systems, processes and behaviours. We’ve since seen significant improvements in our overall NPS results as well as maintained one of the highest scores globally. This has led to an improvement in our customer service, including a bespoke solution to each of our clients which subsequently led to a consistently high client retention rate and a breakthrough into new businesses.

In line with NPS, we also implement Employee NPS (eNPS) to ensure that we are listening to our employees, supporting them, providing them with the right infrastructure and most importantly, empowering them. This has allowed them to be able to provide advisory to senior executives stemming from their subject matter expertise, regardless of their age and background.

A big thank you to everyone

These awards are only possible because of the combined hard work that the team has put in. Huxley’s Dubai office has worked tremendously hard and their dedication has led to the great service we can provide to our customers and the achievements we can now enjoy. We would like to show our appreciation to the team and extend this gratitude to all our clients and candidates. Thank you for making this journey a success and we are very excited for our continued partnership. We are looking forward to create a greater impact in the region.
