Leading Asset Manager who has over $430 billion in assets under management that spread across Private Equity, Real Estate, Real Assets and Secondary Funds. This global company runs with a flat structure with all levels of seniority working with one another.

Role – Business Analyst (Asset Management)

This role sits within the Real Estate business unit and a quarter of all of their assets fall into this space. Essentially, they are looking for someone who has experience being a Business Analyst implementing Real Estate or Private Equity technology. Your will be the managers partner and will be relieving him from a heavy workload.


  • 3 years + Implementing buy side software acting as a Business Analyst
  • Knowledge of Real Estate technology such as; iLevel, Yardi, Anaplan, Argus and Chatham
  • Willingness to learn on the job and have passion and a real interest
  • Problem solver
  • 4-8 years’ experience - MAX
  • Strong MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • BSc degree or above.

‘Nice to have’

  • CFA Qualified
  • Worked for a Real Estate or Private Equity firm

Salary: up to £100,000
