Business Analyst/ Project Manager Team Lead

  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst/ Project Manager

The Company

A well-established Global Capital Markets company that focuses on Investment Banking products is looking for a Business Analyst to come in to become a team lead for the front office Securities and derivatives team reporting to the head of Global IT.

The Role

As a Business Analyst/ Project Manager you will be directly reporting to the Programme Manager and will undergo the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • SME in securities and Derivatives
  • Produce regular update reports on team performance
  • Lead front office team
  • Work as part of the team to do annual upgrades.

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will have 5+years as a Business Analyst/ Project Manager and will have:

  • Have Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Strong Stakeholder Management
  • Good understanding of financial Markets and trade flows
  • Strong MS office skills
  • Understanding of some coding- SQL, .Net, C#/++ AND VBA
  • Strong Communication skills across all levels
  • Strong understanding of front to back office trading and Risk management software Trading systems
