This is a key role for a Head of Service Management Colleague Digital Workplace owner to join this thriving bank as they invest in their colleague digital team. This role has come about through a large promotion, and we are now looking for a strong, confident Head of Colleague Digital Workplace to take ownership of the next stage of digital change migration programmes

  • Your budget will be approximately £60million, with a matrix of 200 colleagues, and 10 direct reports
  • You will be responsible for taking ownership of the migration programmes, including windows office 365, windows 7 to 10 migrations, win7- win10 virtual
  • Alongside this, you will be setting and managing area budgets so that they align with organisational strategy.
