Due to continuous expansion, my client is looking for Helpdesk team leader (M/F) for his company in Luxembourg (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).

International company, the IT team is based in Luxembourg.

They are looking for a helpdesk team leader to be in charge of the 1st ICT level support for the complete group.


  • Manage the Help Desk team: organization, performance, training
  • Comment and produce weekly and monthly KPI
  • Daily review of all support tickets with the team
  • Responsible for the working methods of the service desk team
  • Responsible for attempting first-contact resolution
  • Determine proper escalation for problems he cannot solve
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair computing related issues

Your profile:

  • Client-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong leadership and decision making skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • ITIL certification and experience
  • You are fluent in English, French & German
