The UK's leader in fuel transportation and storage has a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their friendly Maintenance team covering sites across the South. The business has gone through a period of rapid growth over the past two years, and they are now firmly embedding a positive company culture which has made it a great place to work.
As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be liaising with other managers & supervisors in planning any maintenance activities and managing the budgets for the region. You will manage a team of up to 8 Electrical and Mechanical Technicians, ensuring the delivery of both planned and corrective maintenance.
The sites covered span from Bristol over to Northern Kent, with the headquarters for the region being based out of Aldermaston near Reading. You will be provided with a company vehicle and fuel card and should expect to travel to the Aldermaston site 2 or 3 times a week.
In this role you will need to demonstrate strong leadership, so prior management or supervisory experience is essential. They are looking for someone from an Electrical/Controls background, so experience of maintenance of SCADA/DCS systems and/or HV/LV systems is essential.
The company are passionate about developing all of their staff, so in this role you can expect to be supported, challenged and inspired. If you have worked in Oil & Gas, Chemical or other COMAH sites this would be ideal.
This Maintenance Supervisor position offers an package including salary up to £45,000 (depending upon experience), a company vehicle, 12% employer contributed pension, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, life cover and more.
