Robots are boring.
A phrase which has never been uttered before.
"No, I'm afraid I wouldn't be interested in working on cutting-edge robotic industrial automation solutions."
"I have no desire for innovative and creative technical problem-solving. I don't like to learn new technologies and I really would not want to create automated projects which will directly impact the next generation of British manufacturing."
"It certainly isn't my ambition to deal directly with some of the world's most prestigious companies and help specify, design, program and implement a wide variety of robotic & automated projects."
If you would ever say any of these things then this Robotics Engineer opportunity is not for you. Otherwise, this position with an ambitious emerging technology company near Bath will provide you with the chance to work on novel robotics & automation projects from end-to-end, right from initial concept design through to deployment.
You will get to work on solutions for a great diversity of sectors including consumer electronics, automotive, aerospace, food and pharmaceuticals to name a few. You will get to utilise technology including conveyors, sorters, scanners, vision systems, PLCs and a selection of different robots.
This position would provide a salary of £25,000 - £40,000 depending upon experience and the chance to work with a team of passionate like-minded individuals where you will be challenged, will broaden your knowledge and be given the freedom to deliver on projects in your own way.
If you would be interested in this opportunity then please apply for more information, as interviews can happen (virtually) anytime.
If this position is not suitable for you, but you know someone who would be interested, then please pass on their details as Huxley can offer a £250 gift card for any successfully placed referrals.
