You would be joining a global developer of high-tech sophisticated industrial and scientific engineered products who has an opportunity for an ambitious Sales Engineer to be a part of the growing team.
In this position you would get to develop and execute your own sales plans and initiatives with the aim of maximising your customer facing time. You ultimate goals of course would include achieving the revenue and profit which is available from the management of direct accounts within the R&D, Scientific OEM and Industrial sectors.
Your territory in this role would cover their 'Central' region which spans between Bristol up to Leicester, including places like Oxford, Worcester and Coventry. Your company car will be included, and although you shouldn't need to stay away overnight you have to be comfortable with frequent travel as this will be a home/field-based role.
You'll be working closely though with other colleagues both within the sales team and also across the wider business including input into developing new product launch plans for the customer base. You will also be able to engage with teams such as marketing and Customer Care as needed to position you as a premium supplier to the customer.
As you'll be dealing with highly technical products, some expertise with scientific equipment or similar products is essential. If you relish using your influencing skills to guide and direct customers, and get a thrill from seeing an opportunity to create winning solutions then this will be the role for you.

This role would provide a salary of £32,000 to £45,000 depending upon experience, plus an excellent benefits package including a generous commission scheme up to 38%, company car, 25 days holiday, above average pension scheme, life cover, health cash plan, personal development & training plans, annual salary reviews and company bonus scheme averaging 7.5%
