Huxley is working with a global technology services company that offers solutions to expedite business decisions, automate processes, draw insights and deliver user experiences. My client has a strong value proposition of linking the RPA capabilities with machine learning, OCR and AI. The use of Cognitive Automation helps to improve challenges with unstructured data through bots, natural language processing and machine learning capabilities. They are currently expanding their presence extensively across the globe. I am currently looking for a Sales Operations Director whom will report to the CEO.

The Sales Operations Director will be responsible for the following:

    • Business Partner - assist in business planning -generating -business insights and driving operations for the assigned geography.
    • Strategic Support - be responsible for supporting complex Deal structuring , Forecasting & Pipeline Management, Order Management (including structuring Renewals), Quota and Territory Planning
    • Cross Functional - Ensure effective collaboration between Sales, Pre-sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal
  • Sales Effectiveness - Bring increase in sales &associated revenues with ability to process and evaluate data effectively
  • Business Reporting - Bring in business performance analytics

The Sales Operations Director will require the following:

  • At least 10 years of experience in training
  • Highly-energetic, driven, and goal-oriented individual willing to challenge the status quo
  • Extensive experience in being a part of complex sales cycles
  • Quickly understands products and ideas and applies the same to prospects and clients for their benefit
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to consistently influence and persuade prospects to become clients including client follow-up
  • High influence and persuasive skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, innovative, team environment
  • Proficient in software or technology related to sales and account management (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Experience in managing teams
  • Willingness to travel and work in flexible hours to accommodate international calls
  • Proven leadership skills in recruiting, mentoring, coaching, and developing employees
  • Strong computer skills, including, PowerPoint, Web-ex, Excel, Word. Consistent earnings in the past, carrying quota role, while managing a team of sales managers
