Service Desk Analyst

An Investment Bank are recruiting for a for a Service Desk Analyst with extensive experience supporting the Trade Floor to complement their growing team on a 6 month contract basis paying up to £225 a day. This position is based in their London office and work closely with offices globally.

The successful Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the Trade Floor has reliable systems and to provide the highest level of support for those systems and applications whenever required.

Due to the requirements of this role, the successful Candidate will possess the following:

  • Citrix XenServer, XenDesktop and XenApp environment
  • Active Directory / DNS / DHCP
  • Trade Floor support experience
  • MS Application stack
  • Administration, configuration and support of CM's UCS blade server infrastructure
  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support of CM's trading room systems infrastructure.
