Support Engineer | Breda Region
Start: ASAP/1st of December
Duration: 6-12 months
Support Engineer Tasks:
- Incident and service requests handling and reporting;
- Provide local staff with knowledge;
- Monitor applications and services;
- Technical infra and application maintenance;
- SOP definition
- Experience within mid-size or large enterprises, 3+ years minimum;
- ITIL certified or extensive experience;
- MCSA certification - Windows 2012-2016;
- VMware/Hyper-V experience;
- Topdesk and McAfee experience;
- SCOM and SCCM experience
- ERP application experience a pre.
- Fluent in English. Dutch is a pre.
