Location: Breda

Support Engineer Tasks:

  • Incident and service requests handling and reporting;
  • Provide local staff with knowledge;
  • Monitor applications and services;
  • Technical infra and application maintenance;
  • SOP definition

Skill set:

  • Experience within mid-size or large enterprises, 3+ years minimum;
  • ITIL certified or extensive experience;
  • MCSA certification - Windows 2012-2016;
  • VMware/Hyper-V experience;
  • Topdesk and McAfee experience;
  • SCOM and SCCM experience
  • ERP application experience a pre.
  • Fluent in English. Dutch is a pre.
