The success and challenges around diversity initiatives
As part of our Breaking The Glass, In Support of Women in Technology series, Huxley held its third session in June which was a great success. This session was held over an intimate session of networking and roundtable where it included the case study from an American International Bank (AIB), covering the success and challenges of their diversity initiatives and how they measure true success of its initiatives. The crowd was a good mix across the financial services sector as well as commercial technology space.

About Huxley's Women in Technology series
Over a year ago, Huxley had received a lot of requests from clients who are seeking for more female candidates that are equally strong as their male candidates. As such, we held various sessions that went from the challenges of recruiting female candidates to retention issues and now, covering the measure of success that companies have with their diversity initiatives. These events are held to provide a platform for dialogue, as well as for people to understand the true challenge of gender diversity, as well as the bigger diversity picture. Hopefully these sessions can help to drive change that can help to narrow any diversity gap.
