What differentiates the Huxley team in APAC?
Our consultants genuinely enjoy building relationships with our clients and candidates. As such, we’ve learned to support the local community in different ways, depending on each country and their local needs. In Japan, we’ve formed partnerships with local coding schools as the need for software engineers increase. This allows us to build a strong relationship within the community that can create a huge impact in the industry. Our consultants are able to advise students on how and where they need to develop their skills to advance to the next stage and upon graduation, could introduce them to new opportunities. In Singapore and Australia, we are part of a Women in Technology community where we organise a meet-up every six months. This meet-up comprises of panel discussions, round-tables, and networking where we invite both our candidates and clients. This is a great platform for women in technology to find a support network, and at the same time educate the importance of gender diversity to both males and females alike.
Beyond that, we are immensely proud of our rich history of providing advisory, start-up and talent acquisition services to our customers. Because our consultants are subject matter experts in specific geo / vertical niches, they are able to deliver in a quick, precise and comprehensive manner.
With a coordinated global service from our offices based in the world’s leading financial, commercial and technology hubs in New York, London, Singapore, Paris, Frankfurt and Zurich amongst other cities, we are able to leverage off our global reach, local know-hows, and our consultants’ expertise to provide maximum value to our clients and candidates.
Last year we also launched a major customer experience programme globally, using Net Promoter Score (NPS) to capture our clients and candidates feedback at every stage of the customer journey. These feedback are then used to adapt our systems, processes and behaviours. We’ve since seen significant improvements in our overall NPS results and an improved customer experience.
In line with NPS, we also implement Employee NPS (eNPS) to ensure that we are listening to our employees, supporting them, providing them with the right infrastructure and most importantly, empowering them. This has allowed them to be able to provide advisory to senior executives stemming from their subject matter expertise, regardless of their age and background.
