What differentiates the Huxley team in Dubai?
The Huxley brand in Dubai focusses on executive search within the Banking, Technology, Commerce and Financial Services markets, and is one of the largest specialist teams in the region.
Huxley enjoys a stellar reputation for operating with discretion, integrity and professionalism, along with more than 10 years’ worth of on-the-ground knowledge and experience. They have been taken to the heart of the business community they serve and have established themselves as market leaders.
This success has allowed them to develop their brand organically and have increased their headcount massively. The latest round of growth sees the team relocating to a new, larger office space in Dubai’s International Financial Centre (DIFC) – with an incredible view of the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.
This new, state of the art office is more than twice as large as their last and will accommodate almost double the current headcount of 53. With the space to grow their headcount even further, the team can grow their internal functions, helping to deliver a better service for clients and customers.
Beyond that, we are immensely proud of our rich history of providing advisory, start-up and talent acquisition services to our customers. Because our consultants are subject matter experts in specific geo / vertical niches, they are able to deliver in a quick, precise and comprehensive manner.
With a coordinated global service from our offices based in the world’s leading financial, commercial and technology hubs in New York, London, Singapore, Paris, Frankfurt and Zurich amongst other cities, we are able to leverage off our global reach, local know-hows, and our consultants’ expertise to provide maximum value to our clients and candidates.
We’ve launched Net Promoter Score (NPS), a customer experience programme globally in 2017 to capture our clients and candidates feedback at every stage of the customer journey. These feedback are then used to adapt our systems, processes and behaviours. We’ve seen significant improvements in our overall NPS results year-on-year with an increase of at least 10% points each year. As such, we’ve been able to maintain one of the highest scores globally. This has led to an improvement in our customer service, including a bespoke solution to each of our clients which subsequently led to a consistently high client retention rate and a breakthrough into new businesses.
In line with NPS, we also implement Employee NPS (eNPS) to ensure that we are listening to our employees, supporting them, providing them with the right infrastructure and most importantly, empowering them. This has allowed them to be able to provide advisory to senior executives stemming from their subject matter expertise, regardless of their age and background.
