With over a decade of experience across both agency and in-house recruitment, Joshua leads the Huxley division with a deep knowledge of both candidates' needs and clients' requirements in this market. Throughout his career he has successfully recruited across all STEM markets and is now dedicated to creating the best finance and legal recruitment team in Japan, with core values that put the customer first and foster an approach that is relationship-based.

Daisuke Sakagami
Senior Consultant

With more than 10 years of recruiting experience within legal, intellectual property, compliance and policy liaison, Daisuke had worked with companies of all sizes and types during this time. This included multinational companies, global Japanese companies, pre-IPO venture companies and start-ups. With his knoweldge and expertise, he is highly regarded and trusted by many long-standing partner clients and as such, has handled many exclusive recruitment projects. 
He is able to comprehend the needs of his customers whether it's the corporate culture, hiring requirements or even candidates' background. Ayano has accumulated her recruitment experience within legal and has since worked with a number of law firms as well as commercial organisations focusing on legal, paralegal and compliance positions. As such, she takes pride in offering a consultation-based approach to legal and compliance professionals, especially in their job search as well as advice organisations with their hiring needs. 

Nodoka Imai
Candidate Consultant 

Nodoka is a candidate consultant who supports legal, compliance, and intellectual property professionals in their job search or career change. After receiving a degree in both Japan and the U.S., Nodoka has since worked for an educational company where she provided academic and emotional support to students who were not fortunate enough to have the opportunity to study due to financial difficulties. This has helped her to develop empathy towards her candidates and understands the importance of finding a candidate the right company to work for. She also goes above and beyond by providing any post-placement support to candidates - this means that she offers any support to candidates even after they have started their new role.
