If you have applied for a job with Huxley Singapore, you should get an automatic reply from us to know that your application has been successfully submitted. If you do not hear back from us after 48 hours, it’s likely that you’re not shortlisted for the role. However, as your CV is now in our database, we will get in touch when a suitable role comes up.
A recruitment process and the associated timelines can be tailored to individual customer requirements. A typical Permanent process can take between two to six weeks from initial Customer to Consultant Briefing to an offer being made to the Candidate. But the standard process will include screening, qualification, feedback from the Client followed by interview if needed, before moving to offer stage. The number of interviews and qualification process is can vary and is entirely dependent on the requirements from the Client.
