Community Manager Telecom Indonesia

Responsibilities:

· Build the local community and industry alliances in Indonesia, including Service Providers, regulator, academia, system integrators, industry organization with local events, workshops and multi-party meetings.

· Catalyse the local start ups for the Telecom stack, including attracting local and foreign VC funds

· Lead and organise regular workshop, training and TIP Ecosystem Accelerator Centre (TEAC) event activities to develop and expand the community collaborating on TIP technology

Skills:

Requirements:

  • Seven + years of leadership in the IT/Telecommunications industry
  • Knowledge in any of the following areas is a plus: data center networking, private and public cloud hosting, virtualisation, network monitoring and remediation, access networks, transport network, core network, IT/BSS, DevOps, service orchestration and automation.
  • Solid, hands-on, budget management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision-making and reporting
  • Strong organisational abilities including management of project groups, planning, delegating, program development and task facilitation
  • Prefer to have an exposure to startup ecosystem and the startup business development
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
