Summary: -

  • Experience in security risk management and business risk management, ideally having background in Toxic Access Management/Segregation of Duties (Fraud Risk) If the person really have fraud risk it's the perfect !! else only business risk is good enough (operational risk management is ok) anyone with ops risk management or fraud risk will be perfect.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a troubleshooting mindset
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in Information Security, preferably in Banking and Financial services sector

Responsibilities: -

  • Acting as the interface
  • Chairing the daily delivery standup for the BU
  • Consulting the delivery team on all questions about the TAM (Toxic Access Management) Factory setup
  • Supporting resolution of issues resulting from non-standard conditions and constraints of the BU
  • Executing Quality Gates for all milestones of the TAM Factory related to the BU
  • Keeping the project dashboard up-to-date and overseeing plausibility of the projected due dates
  • Awareness training for the BU stakeholders and users related to the TAM Factory, the TAM BAU processes, and to their roles and responsibilities in these
  • Analysis of new areas of TAM related to the BU not yet covered by the TAM Factory, and supporting a factory setup for these
  • Working proactively with other core TAM team members to share own experiences and solutions, and to harness the expertise of others to ensure continuous improvement of the delivery

Qualifications: -

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in Information Security, preferably in Banking and Financial services sector
  • Experience in security risk management or business risk management, ideally having background in Toxic Access Management/Segregation of Duties
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a troubleshooting mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong time and priority management skills
  • Ability to work independently within own area of responsibility and collaborate with the peers to ensure continuous improvement (efficiency, quality, effectiveness) of the project delivery
  • Resilient and able to adapt changing priorities and conflicting requirements
  • Ability to manage and responsibly navigate barriers to progress, having a can-do attitude
  • Ability to identify risks and issues and communicate them to to the project team and to the stakeholders
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and challenges in a simple and coherent way
  • Excellent written and oral communication with influencing skills
  • Fast learner with ability to easily navigate in complex topics
  • Experienced in a complex, multi-national organization-an advocate of team multi-culture and collaborative working
