  • Utilize project management skills to execute client engagements by leading client calls to plan engagements, establishing engagement expectations, successfully seeing engagements to completion and effectively presenting engagement findings and analysis
  • Provide expertise to clients including adherence to risk management best practices and identifying gaps with respect to common risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, COBIT)
  • Evaluate and document clients' technology infrastructure and business processes by reviewing policies and procedures and previous risk and security audit results and assessing vulnerabilities via technical and social engineering tools and techniques
  • Define and develop custom written policies and procedures to assist clients in maintaining adherence to risk management best practices
  • Engage with client functional process leaders (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing) to identify potential process vulnerabilities and the means to mitigate such vulnerabilities
  • Review client Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry best practices
  • Serve in an executive advisory role for client senior management, assisting with defining priorities to mitigate risks in accordance with client risk tolerance levels
  • Conduct independent research regarding trends and developments in risk management and incorporate into advisory services
  • Identify means to improve services, including the testing of new network and social engineering attack methods and ensure such methods are ethical and state-of-the-art
