Technology company that provides cloud-based platform services to organizations across the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Software Support Specialist supporting the external customers of the organization
  • Responsible for the new client implementation with the assistance of the technical support team
  • Communicating with the existing customers on any new feature releases
  • Assisting end users by providing training support, addressing any technical issues, etc
  • Respond in a timely manner to questions and troubleshooting issues remotely (experience with LiveChat, Zendesk, Slack, etc is desirable)
  • Communicating with developers regarding any bugs (JIRA)

Qualifications for the position:

  • 2-3+ years of experience working in a technical support position
  • Software support experience is required
  • Experience working in a B2B environment is required
  • Comfortable communicating with users via phone, email, livechat, etc.
