Product Owner (HA-33926251)

For one of our clients in Barcelona, I am looking for a Product Owner to be part of an Artificial Intelligence project related to cloud technologies. Following, you will find the details:

Requirements

• Experience in telephony or call centre environments.
• Previous as Product Owner using Agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of Automation and Artificial Intelligence.
• Understanding of cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Experience using Confluence and Jira, similar technologies.
• Fluent English, and other languages would be a plus.

Tasks

• Gathers the customer requirements and does the functional analysis to write user stories and product feature descriptions.
• Oversees the implementation of Voice- and Chat-Bot solutions
• Owns the Voice-/ChatBot customer implementation guidelines / LLD design changes during the project.
• Monitors parties obligations. Follows up on the project and finds local suppliers to develop the solution.
• Close collaboration with the DevOps squad lead, architect and all other squads to design and develop services based on the automation platform.
• Embeds automation into procedures and processes to ensure successful audits.
• Stays up to date on the latest tools and technologies about conversational AI.

Conditions

• Location: 80% remote nearby Barcelona, with one day on-site.
• Permanent (through Huxley).
• Dedication: Full-time.
• Start date: ASAP, respecting the notice period.
• Process: 2 interviews.
• Team: 28 people from Barcelona, Munich, Poland, Austria and India.
