As the Client Relationship Manager, you will be the communication bridge for clients. You will provide post-sales support and strategic guidance.
As the CRM, you will:
- Be the primary point of contact to support valued customers
- Act as the customer advocate for internal teams
- Partner with Account Managers, Engineers, Product Managers, etc. in order to deliver the best solutions
- Contribute to the business strategy
