In this Desktop Support role, you will have the opportunity to be a leader for problem resolution and IT project management to guarantee unparalleled IT service.

Responsibilities

As the Desktop Support Lead, you will manage incidents and escalations, communicate effectively with the local teams, and ensure quality IT service.

  • Apply your expertise in end user technologies
  • Manage escalations from desktop team
  • Complete IT projects including upgrades, implementations, etc.
  • IT Asset Management

Skills
