Japan Operation Finance Analyst
As a member of Japane Operation finance, contributes to the establishment of business performance metrics, operational performance management of supply & Manufacturing, improvement of finance process and assuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies and standards.
-Leads in a manner that maximizes the contribution to the achievement of business objectives and long Term strategy.
-Support management team support for long term strategy planning for responsible functions, including volume analysis, gap analysis vs. targets and recommendations on investment prioritization.
-Short-term budget and financial management having a clear view of the financial forecast of the responsible functions, compared to previous years and compared to budget. Will also track actual vs budget during the year and recommend necessary actions to ensure delivery of the budget for the responsible functions.
-Work closely with the Financial director and leaders of responsible functions in order to align key assumptions and to share any items that have a significant impact on the individual businesses.
-As a business partner for responsible functions will review and evaluate business unit/functional projects to generate sufficient insight from this information to influence the decision-making processes thereby steering the value chain. This will include business analytics of investment cases, outsourcing, P&L budgetary control, pricing, business plans and long-term strategies. Also Ensures that business plans are consistent with the company's strategic financial objectives and are an efficient use of resources.
