An Application Support Analyst is required to join a London based investment bank.
The role of the team is to provide efficient systems administration and support for both hardware and software technologies within the company. This role will be integral to the success of the team and will offer progression through the projects worked on.
The primary role of the Application Support Analyst will be implementing Office 365 within their existing environment
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and problem solving skills. It is essential that they can learn new systems and procedures quickly due to the variety of work.
The successful Application Support Analyst may come from a Technology support background or gained experience while undertaking Technology administration within a business team, but they will need the ability to support multiple business applications.
- Expert knowledge of O365 platform and application technologies including:
- Office Online
- Sharepoint Online
- Experience of migrating users from OnPrem environments.
- Good knowledge of MS OS Windows 7 and 10 and Server 2008/2012/2016; MS Office product suite
- Active Directory and Group Policy
