Client Relationship Manager
Key requirement for a Client Relationship Manager needed to work with a number of Insurance clients.
Your main duties will include:
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with existing and potential clients
- Responsible for managing existing accounts, through effective relationship management by
- Carrying out periodic service reviews and ensuring the timely production of client packs
- Monitoring performance against KPIs and reporting against SLAs
You should have the following experience:
- Understanding of the UK Life Insurance industry
- Previous experience of working in an IT environment
- Significant experience in leading projects through to completion
- Familiarity with contractual arrangements - ideally technology related
