Client Support Specialist

Location: Stockholm, Sweden Salary: Benefits

You will be providing the primary support to the businesses clients across the EMEA, logging all issues, providing fixes where possible and escalating when needed. Helping the clients with and enhancements they might require.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3yrs technical support experience
  • Experience with Unix, Windows, SQL.
  • Basic networking.
  • Some customer facing experience would be beneficial.
  • Financial industry understanding would also be beneficial.
