A new and exciting opportunity as a Implementation Consultant has been made available to join a global technology provider of SaaS based solutions for digital channel customer engagement throughout the credit life-cycle. This is a permanent position based in central London city. In this role you will work alongside three BA's and PM, reporting directly into the Solutions delivery manager.
As a Implementation Consultant you will work closely with customers, stakeholders, internal and external third parties to gather an accurate and complete understanding of a solution or product's requirement in order to educate and inform clients of the possibilities and capabilities of the product and how to fit the product to the clients business requirements.
As the Implementation Consultant you will have previous experience in Mobile, Digital, Customer Experience, retail credit life-cycle or Customer Collections/organisations or have worked for a consultancy based environment. You will have experience in User stories, Business Requirements, functional specifications, Data Dictionary, interface and report design and SDLC. Having a good understanding of SQL and the ability to analyse data and problem solve would be very advantageous along with an understanding of interfaces e.g. API's, sftp. As this is a highly visible role you will posses strong verbal and written communication skills.
