Leading Financial Services house are looking to hire a Head of Process Improvement for their operations and technology teams.
- Directly lead a team of at least 2.
- Develop the operational strategy working with stakeholders up to Managing Director Level.
- Direct responsibility for identifying, gaining support for and delivering on transformation projects that improve customer, client and colleague experience whilst reducing cost.
- Imbed a culture using Lean & Systems Thinking methodology that creates a sustainable model of improvement.
- Lead on transformation of end to end customer journeys.
- Process Improvement/Lean Six Sigma expertise.
- Financial services experience preferred, candidates from other regulated environments are considered (especially manufacturing).
- Systems Thinking/Lean qualification and practical experience
- Proven track record of identifying and delivering on transformation programmes in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of digital and cards would be preferred.
