Quality engineer- Continuous Improvement experience

A global manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Quality & Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their team in Oxfordshire. If you have the experience of working to ISO9001and can ensure that standards are maintained and that processes are developed then you could be the senior Quality & CI engineer that we're looking for.

What will you be doing?

You will co-ordinate the structured root cause analysis in relation to problem solving and will assist with internally generated issues. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, ensuring high levels of customer engagement, seeking to maintain existing and secure new markets and business opportunities. Further to this, you will perform internal & external audits that will determine quality risks within a range of processes.

What skills/experience should you have?

  • Proven track record of working within a quality engineering role
  • Continuous improvement/ Lean (5s, Kanban, kaizen)
  • Ability to implement process improvements using structured problem solving methodologies.
