Senior Service Desk Engineer

A tech savvy, experienced Senior Service desk engineer is needed by a global software company to help them support the Stockholm office as well as the rest of the EMEA region. Do you have experience in 2nd / 3rd line support and are looking for a role where you will be the only escalation point for your region? If so this could be the role for you.

You will be managing all infrastructure escalations for your region. Resolving network issues, supporting the business applications and leading upgrade and implementation projects. You will also be hands on in the automation projects, using VB & PowerShell to script.

Experience:

  • Strong 2nd & 3rd line support experience.
  • Proficient in Windows server and Microsoft suite.
  • Experience supporting business applications like Confluence, Jira & OneDrive.

There will be travel involved around the Nordic offices and you will be part of the on call rota, for which you will get paid over time.
