An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Support Engineer to join one of the world's leading private Equity firms and have responsibility for IT services support for their European offices.
You'll provide First, Second and Third line helpdesk support. You'll assist in building and maintaining the standard image, conducting automated software delivery, deploying software and patches, generating reports, troubleshooting issues arisen from other departments, as well as assessing new technology.
With an excellent technical background you will aid the global team to drive change to meet technology requirements within the business. Excellent communication skills and customer facing skills are essential as well as the confidence to sell concepts to end users.
- Working knowledge of ITIL
- Windows 7, 10 Desktop Operating Systems
- Mobile computing platforms
- Citrix remote applications
- Imaging, application deployment, PXE Boot or similar, and imaging troubleshooting
