A position has come available for a Service Desk Manager to work within this organisations IT department.
This is a world renowned brand, who are looking at further growth this year. You as the Service Desk Manager will be looked at to manage the Service Desk activities, and will be considered as a key stakeholders for the department. You will have full ownership and responsibility over incident and problem management as well as act as an escalation point when needed.
As a key stakeholder you will be involved in advisory board meetings and be expected to analyse the use of technology within the business and recommend improvements where needed, and in addition ensure all IT Service Desk Processes are fully documented.
