The European leader on the e-marketing market is looking for hire 2 TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS to expand its team !
You will be part of a close-knit, but widely distributed team that spans 5 countries in 2 continents.
They have very good and interesting clients such as Zalando, Mercedez-Benz, ING, Belfius, Thomas Cook, Prezi, etc.
They are driven, passionate about problem solving, and operate in a fast-paced, high technology environment.
- Monitor ticket system and inbound requests
- Confidently and proactively communicate status with clients and partners
- Monitor and process system and service alerts
- Thoroughly document client issues
Knowledge of the following technologies / skills (mandatory)
- Windows administration
- Web Dev. : HTML, CSS
- Database : SQL
Knowledge of the following technologies are a nice to have:
- Languages : PHP | Java | Perl or Scripting
- Database : Postgre SQL
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP
