For one of our clients in Amsterdam, we are currently looking for a driven Technical Support Specialist. You will be responsible for providing excellent servicing standards to the developers, who visit or consume APIs on the Developer Portal. Positioned as 1st line support, you will find the best answers to incoming questions from the team developers. It's your responsibility to keep everyone informed on the progress and ensure that all interactions are tracked in an application.

The project:

Start date: as soon as possible

Location: Amsterdam

Duration: Full-time position

2 months working remote (extension possible)

Language: English (+Dutch is a big pre)


· Experience in dealing with complex customer queries, including technical questions

· The ability to detect/identify incidents and follow escalation procedures efficiently

· The ability to maintain effective work relationships with stakeholders at all levels

· Degree, preferably IT background or equivalent

· Experience in a customer support and client-facing role

· Good understanding of OAuth, certificates/TLS and shell scripting. Coding languages (e.g. Java, Python)
